Women’s fitness – Zoom only

Join professional instructor Viera Janco for a full body workout.  Each class starts with a gentle aerobic warm-up, followed by resistance training using hand weights, resistance bands and body weight exercises.  The classes are designed to increase strength, flexibility and improve balance and coordination.  Each class finishes with a relaxing full-body stretch.  All levels are welcome!  

Classes are currently offered by Zoom only.  Ten sessions are $50, payable online at the CB55+ website or by cheque to the office.


Monday:    9:45 – 10:45 am

Tuesday:   8:45 – 9:45 am

Thursday:  9:30 – 10:30 am
