Women’s Fitness – Monday – Ongoing – 9:30 – 10:30 – via Zoom– 10/$50
Instructor: Viera Janco
Join Viera for a full body workout. Starting with a 15-20 minute gentle aerobic warm-up, followed by resistance training using hand weights, resistance bands and body weight. The classes are designed to increase strength, flexibility and improve balance and mobility. Each class finishes with a relaxing full-body stretch. Coaching is provided during the class. All levels are welcome!
