Join professional instructor Viera Janco for a full body workout one. Each class starts with a gentle aerobic warm-up, followed by resistance training using hand weights, resistance bands and body weight exercises. The classes are designed to increase strength, flexibility and improve balance and coordination. Each class finishes with a relaxing full-body stretch. All levels are welcome!
Until the fall, classes are currently offered by Zoom only. Ten sessions are $50, payable online at the CB55+ website or by cheque to the office.
