Thursdays 9:00 – 10:00 am Women’s Active Fit
Active Fit combines familiar and safe exercise movements with continually changing activities for varying lengths of time. Modifications allow participants to control challenge and intensity levels to customize each class. The class will be led by Celia Payne, an undergraduate kinesiologist who specializes in age-relevant adult fitness and health. Classes include a variety of standing and seated exercises.
