Who We Are

The Cordova Bay 55 Plus Association (CB55+) is a vibrant volunteer organization for adults aged 55 plus that provides programs, services and social activities to seniors in Victoria, particularly those from the Cordova Bay area. The Cordova Bay 55 Plus Centre is located at the Cordova Bay Elementary School site. We enjoy a partnership with School District 63 and Saanich Recreation.
We pride ourselves in our shared values of: caring and respect, inclusion, participation and volunteerism. We are run entirely by volunteers who provide leadership to ensure the success of the varied activities, programs, and events that make us so successful.
We have something for everyone with 30 activities such as: Art Group, Bridge, Men’s and Women’s fitness, Golf, Walking, Pickleball to name a few. We have a Tuesday Drop-In program featuring presenters over a wide range of interesting topics, and we have special events in conjunction with special calendar events such as Christmas and other holidays.
For further information please click on the above tabs, e.g. the “Blue Heron News” and “Updates” for up to date information.
The CB55+ Centre is now open Monday to Friday 9:00 to 4:00 pm for scheduled activities including the Tuesday Drop-In. Park in the rear parking lot off Sapphire St. and enter through the side door near the washrooms unless you need to use the ramp leading to the main school door.

CB55+ Policy requires that all those attending activities at the Centre be fully vaccinated.
