The Men’s Group–also know as GHOTH (Get Him Out of the House!)–goes on monthly excursions to local places of interest followed by a nutritious lunch at a nearby pub.

Excursions are announced on the GHOTH email list (contact Dave Docherty), the weekly CB55+ newsletter, and during Tuesday Drop-Ins.  Trips usually take place Wednesday mornings with cars leaving the Centre no later than 10:30 am.  Our visit is followed by a pub lunch close to the venue.  We usually return to the Centre by 2:30 pm.  Car pooling is encouraged as most places have limited parking and it helps reduce our carbon footprint.
