Balance and Strength
This class resumes on Wednesday, June 2, 2021! Welcome back!
Taught by certified instructor Kay Inamura on Wednesday mornings from 10:30–11:30 am in the Big Room, the focus is to prevent falls, by building generally balanced muscles, especially core muscles. We strive for good posture, good reactions, and good flexibility. Most exercises are from a chair, but there will be some standing balance exercises.
Weights (provided) and therabands will also be used.
The fee is $60.00 for 10 sessions. Register at the Office and pay by cheque (made out to CB55+) or cash OR pay online at the Pay for Activities Online tab HERE.
