The Women’s Zoom Fitness class runs from 8:45 until 9:45; however class members usually arrive online at 8:30 am for a friendly chat before class starts. Good ideas and suggestions are exchanged at every session. The class is taught by Viera Janco, a registered instructor with the BC Recreation & Parks Assoc. She is an excellent instructor who enjoys working with seniors and is happy to help attendees individually if they require it after class. Participants must be members of Cordova Bay 55 Plus.
