 This class will help you to build muscle strength and endurance with daily functional movements.  Participants will use a variety of equipment and body weight exercises, followed up with a final 15 minutes to perform core and back stability exercises, ending with a relaxing full body stretch.  Options and alternative exercises will be provided if floor work is challenging.
