Gentle Fitness incorporates balance and isolated muscle strength through movement performed seated,  supported or free-standing.

Participants may expect to experience gradual improvement in posture, joint stability , functional mobility and flexibility.  Options are provided to accommodate all levels.  Everyone who joins Wanda’s class can succeed, feel challenged and inspire.  Wanda is certified through CanFitPro and has both education and experience in Exercise for Active Aging and Functional Fitness.
