The men’s only group (GHOTH – Get Him Out of The House) meets every Monday for exercise from 1:00 to 2:15 and for drop in from 2:30 to 4:30 in the Big Room. Besides exercise sessions, lead by a professional, this group plays games, goes on field trips and socializes in a variety of ways. We also go on interesting, fun outings and are always open to suggestions.
We will be going to Saanich Heritage Acres for a tour on Wednesday, March 28, followed by lunch at the Prairie Inn. Meet at CB Place at 9:45 am.
